Own stock levels, reorder points and dispatch for fast-moving spare parts.

• Deliver the day-to-day duties of the role to the agreed service standard.
• Keep accurate records of every customer interaction and site visit.
• Coordinate with the sales, service and supply chain teams.

• Relevant diploma or degree in a technical or business discipline.
• Stated years of hands-on experience in a comparable role.
• Willingness to travel within Bangladesh.
• Working knowledge of written and spoken English.
